Role Description
As a Regional Channel Account Manager, youโll own and grow Logitech Business Solutions' partner ecosystem across a defined U.S. territory. Youโll work with local and national VARs and integrators to uncover new opportunities, deepen strategic relationships, and expand Logitechโs share of business. This is a highly visible, field-focused role for someone who loves building relationships, finding growth opportunities, and turning strategy into results.
In this role you will:
-
Own and grow your territory.
-
Manage a portfolio of partners across your geography, prioritizing those with the greatest opportunity for growth while developing emerging partners.
-
Find new opportunities by proactively identifying whitespace, new partners, new customers, and opportunities to increase Logitech's share of wallet.
-
Build strong partner relationships by becoming a trusted resource to local VARs and integrators through consistent engagement, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of their businesses.
-
Partner with our national channel team to build coordinated regional engagement plans, including partner mapping, sales initiatives, events, lunch-and-learns, technical/design engineering engagement, and joint growth activities.
-
Create joint business plans by developing actionable growth plans with the most strategic partners in your territory and driving execution against them.
-
Connect partners, customers, and Logitech by working closely with sellers and cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
-
Know your market by mapping the regional partner landscape, identifying strengths, gaps, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities, and bringing those insights back to leadership, marketing, and product teams.
-
Tell compelling stories by creating engaging presentations and partner/customer narratives using modern tools and technologies, including AI.
-
Own your pipeline by maintaining accurate opportunity and pipeline data, tracking pipeline sufficiency, and providing consistent reporting through Salesforce.
-
Bring the technology to life by confidently demonstrating Logitech solutions in person and clearly communicating their business value.
-
Help us get better by aggregating field and partner feedback and identifying opportunities to improve how we sell, operate, and scale.
Qualifications

Significant, proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or regional business development, ideally within technology.
-

-
Strong relationship-management skills with professional, responsive follow-through.
-
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills, with the executive presence to engage partners and customers at multiple levels.
-
Experience managing complex or long sales cycles.
-
Strong Salesforce/CRM discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
-
The ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and articulate technology and business-value propositions.
-
Creativity in how you engage partners, market solutions, and create demand.
-
Comfort using tools such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to build relationships and identify opportunities.
-
The ability to balance multiple priorities while effectively leveraging internal resources to expand your reach.
-
A collaborative mindset and proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
-
The energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, growing business.
-
An innovative, inclusive mindset and a genuine passion for how technology can improve the way people communicate, connect, and collaborate.
