Role Description
We are searching for the best talent for a Regional Business Director, Oncology (West Region) – RYBREVANT Franchise, Lung & Head & Neck Cancers. This is a field-based role available in all cities within the West region.
The Regional Business Director is a field-based leadership position accountable for effectively leading and developing a team of District Managers (DMs) and Sales Specialists across the West Region. This leader will have geographic responsibility for the RYBREVANT franchise across both Lung and Head & Neck cancers.

Lead, motivate, mentor, develop, and retain a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists.

Prioritize opportunities while helping the team improve results by securing and applying resources.

Develop and execute an aligned West Region business plan that supports the RYBREVANT franchise.

Collaborate extensively at all organizational levels with key internal partners.

Coach leaders and teams to build alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Set overall account goals and objectives, and lead development and provide oversight of account metrics and business performance.
Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States.

A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.

A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles.

Prior people management experience.

Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams.

The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight/weekend travel.
Requirements

Cross functional experience beyond sales and sales learning & development.

Candidates should reside within the West Region or be willing to relocate.

Healthcare industry or related experience, including pharmaceuticals.

Prior experience in sales as either a professional sales representative and/or District Manager.

Oncology/Solid Tumor experience; Lung cancer and/or Head & Neck cancer experience is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to learning and applying emerging technologies, such as AI.
Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $162,000 - $279,450.

Eligible for an annual performance bonus.
