[Hiring] Regional Director of Operations @Monarch Communities

Role Description

The Regional Director of Operations will report to the Vice President of Field Operations. This position is an exempt, salaried position working remotely covering Delaware, Pennsylvania and the Southern New Jersey area.

Responsible for the oversight of multiple Senior Living Communities and the management of the communities Leadership Team. Responsibilities include:

• Achieving company goals and census growth
• Team member relations
• Business trends
• Ensuring that company policies and standards are being met
• Working alongside the Executive Directors for personal and professional development
• Travel to communities is expected

Salary Range: $165K - $175K plus bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of multi-site management or regional management experience
• Proven ability to maintain good regulatory compliance
• Ability to track industry trends, create business plans, and set team goals for company growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

Physical Abilities:

• Often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell
• Required to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs
• Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents
• Must use proper body mechanics

Requirements

• Management of administrative operations and team members
• Collaborating in developing community budgets and business plans and their execution
• Ensuring care of residents is of the highest quality and meets state regulations, as well as company standards
• Working to establish positive team member relations
• Increasing census growth at each community
• Overseeing state surveys and ensuring regulatory standards are met
• Implementing company programs and values
• Overseeing a defined return on investment for the company as a whole
• Identifying business trends that may affect each community
• Implementing plans and processes to maintain productivity and profitability
• Holding Executive Directors professionally accountable to work towards company goals
• Traveling to each community to provide hands-on leadership
• Other duties as assigned
