[Hiring] Regional Account Executive @RedLegg

Role Description

• Own and grow an assigned geographic territory.
• Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner relationships.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and security decision-makers.
• Develop and execute territory plans focused on new-logo acquisition.
• Create and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quota.
• Position RedLegg's cybersecurity consulting, compliance, offensive security, managed security, MDR, and risk management services.
• Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity within CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and new-business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying cybersecurity, technology, managed services, cloud, SaaS, or related B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated success opening new accounts and winning net-new logos.
• Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through prospecting and outbound activity.
• Experience selling cybersecurity services, MSSP, MDR, assessments, penetration testing, compliance, vCISO, incident response, managed security, or related technology solutions.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles involving executive stakeholders.
• Experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders, or enterprise technology buyers.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
