[Hiring] Real Estate Cold Caller @Everything Virtual Assistant

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join one of our U.S.-based real estate clients. This is a direct client placement, giving you the opportunity to work closely with an established real estate team while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. If you have a strong background in real estate cold calling, lead qualification, and live transfers, we'd love to hear from you!

• Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls and text outreaches per day
• Prospect and qualify:
  • Buyer leads
  • Seller leads
  • New construction leads
• Build rapport with prospects and identify their buying or selling motivation
• Qualify leads based on timeline, budget, financing, and readiness
• Generate qualified live transfers to licensed real estate agents
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM
• Follow call scripts while naturally adapting conversations
• Meet daily outreach and performance targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate cold calling experience
• Experience handling:
  • Buyer leads
  • Seller leads
  • New construction leads
• Proven ability to qualify prospects and generate live transfers
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Experience using CRM platforms and dialers
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet home office with a noise-canceling headset
