Role Description

Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by the company.

• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
• Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.
• Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
• Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science or Business.
• Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology.
• In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory.
• Strong customer focus and KOL engagement.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team.
