Role Description

Help buyers and sellers move confidently through the Cape Town residential property market. This sales-focused opportunity combines company-generated leads with the freedom to establish a farming area that suits your location, strengths and local connections.

This is a full-time opportunity for a Full Status Property Practitioner with proven residential sales experience. You will build listings, guide clients through property transactions and represent a growing real estate business backed by an established South African brand.

Key responsibilities include

• Responding to and managing company-generated leads across Cape Town
• Conducting property valuations and viewings
• Securing residential sales listings and guiding sellers through the sales process
• Prospecting, canvassing and generating your own listings
• Establishing and developing a preferred farming area
• Building local visibility through community engagement, events and relevant networks
• Travelling to service leads, including opportunities outside your usual farming area
• Meeting clients professionally and communicating clearly throughout each transaction
• Maintaining strong knowledge of local property conditions, pricing and buyer demand
• Working independently while contributing to the growth of a newly established agency

This position is focused on property sales and does not include rentals.

Qualifications

• A valid Full Status Fidelity Fund Certificate
• Proven experience in residential property sales
• A sound understanding of the Cape Town property market
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Confidence when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Professional presentation and conduct
• The independence and discipline to manage leads, appointments and follow-ups
• Willingness to travel across Cape Town when required
• A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
• The ability to prospect and develop business beyond company-generated leads
• A practical, motivated approach suited to a growing business

Benefits
