[Hiring] Principal Account Executive @Critical Propulsion

Role Description

You will own the revenue relationship with enterprise clients who need a fundamentally different delivery model. Your responsibilities include:

• Opening accounts yourself.
• Building trust with the CIO or executive sponsor.
• Turning initial conversations into an Ignition workshop.
• Closing the gap between a relationship and a contract.

This role is not about product or infrastructure sales. It requires:

• Experience in app development and data engineering delivery within a services or consulting model.
• Understanding the challenges of escalations and blown timelines.
• Agentic AI experience is a major plus.

We operate differently than traditional GSIs, focusing on:

• Real usage against real prospects feeding into our proprietary AI business development tool.
• Delivering through our agentic framework, Amplify, which includes:
• 5-day Pulse cycles.
• Consultants owning the judgment of what to build.
• Agents handling volume tasks like code generation and testing.

Qualifications

• Real depth in at least one enterprise vertical (e.g., healthcare, financial services).
• Ability to manage a live pipeline without letting deals go stale.
• Experience in running the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Ability to operate autonomously without excessive oversight.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Chat/Cowork/Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Understanding of how delivery works inside the targeted vertical.
• Track record of opening net-new logos at the CIO or executive level.
• Comfort selling a model that challenges the status quo.
• Existing relationships in enterprise or professional services technology.
• Experience carrying a number solo without an SDR team.
