Role Description

We aren't looking for order-takers or clock-punchers. We're looking for closers who listen. At Sanders Fine Portraits, our team creates unforgettable portrait experiences, and every one of them begins with a booked appointment. Your job is to make that happen.

As a Booking Specialist, you'll handle a high volume of outbound and inbound conversations with warm leads. You'll find out what matters to each person, solve what's in the way, and turn interest into confirmed appointments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the Phone: Making high-volume outbound calls and returning inbound calls fast. These aren't random cold calls. Our leads have interacted with our brand, expressed interest, or applied for an opportunity.
• Getting Curious: Learning who's in the family, what they want to capture, and why now. Then you listen to the answer.
• Solving the Real Concern: Finding what's behind "not right now," whether it's timing, travel or schedules, and solving it with clear, short answers. You never talk someone out of a yes.
• Asking for the Booking: Asking for the appointment and the booking payment confidently, every time.
• Filling the Calendar: Managing your leads, notes and follow-ups so no opportunity slips through.

• Speed and Organization: You handle high call volume without losing quality or follow-ups.
• Coachability: You want feedback, use it the same day, and like reviewing your own calls.
• Reliability: You work your full schedule, on the team's shift. Your results depend on your hours.
• Previous phone sales, appointment-setting, hospitality, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
