This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generator. The Lead Generator will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a database of leads

• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business development goals

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus

Requirements

• Willingness to work under a 100% performance-based commission structure, with payment for each appointment set
