We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Partner Sales Manager to expand our partner ecosystem and accelerate business growth. This role is responsible for:

• Recruiting new partners
• Developing joint business plans
• Executing enablement strategies
• Driving demand generation initiatives that create measurable pipeline and revenue

The ideal candidate is a proven channel professional with a hunter mentality, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, enablement, and distribution teams to build a scalable partner-led growth engine.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of recruiting and growing successful channel partners
• Demonstrated success driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
• Experience developing partner enablement and go-to-market programs
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
• Experience working with distributors and two-tier channel models
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead initiatives across multiple internal organizations
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and executive engagement skills

• Annual base salary range: $106,250 - $143,750
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) range: $212,500 - $287,500
