[Hiring] SI Partner Manager @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is looking for an experienced SI Partner Manager to serve as the business development engine for a portfolio of Gold-tier and Rising Silver SI partners. You will own the partner GTM motion - converting partner relationships into partner-sourced pipeline and consumption growth, with a focus on AI and cloud-based Data (Databricks) ecosystems.

• Own business development for a defined portfolio of SI partners; co-develop structured GTM plans driving AI Data consumption and partner-sourced pipeline.
• Run structured partner GTM campaigns per quarter, moving partners from opportunistic co-selling to programmatic, campaign-driven demand generation.
• Translate AI/Data platform programs into live partner GTM plays - identifying use cases, qualifying partners for Specialization, and connecting partner IPs to sales programs.
• Build GTM capacity inside the partner portfolio - driving sales badge completion, sales masterclasses, partner champion development, and Specialization progression.
• Own partner-facing governance: Plan-on-a-Page, deal registration and SLA compliance, cadenced business updates, and CRM hygiene.
• Manage co-marketing investment decisions (MDF, Accelerate, co-sponsored demand gen) with ROI discipline.
• Serve as the first point of contact for priority partners creating net-new pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner management or partnership development at a top technology or ISV company (e.g. Salesforce, Snowflake).
• Demonstrated track record driving partner-sourced or partner-initiated pipeline - not just co-sell support.
• Experience designing and running structured joint GTM campaigns with partners.
• Experience managing a portfolio of regional or national SIs with Joint Business Plans.
• Operational rigor: deal registration hygiene, KPI/OKR tracking, pipeline review cadence, partner governance.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills across PSM, PSA, Field Marketing, and Field Sales.
• Value selling and partner enablement: ability to help partners build outcome-focused, industry-specific narratives for C-suite buyers.

Preferred Skills

• Background from ISV/cloud companies: Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, GCP.
• Experience in Partner Manager, Partner Exec, Account Exec, BDR, or SDR roles.
• Understanding of mid-tier SIs' business models and P&L structure.
• Familiarity with the data/AI competitive landscape and hyperscaler partner dynamics.
