[Hiring] Partner Growth Manager @Lawlab Limited

Role Description

You’ll be the face of Lawlab for the people who sit at the heart of every property deal:

• Real estate agents
• Mortgage brokers
• Buyers’ agents

Your time splits two ways:

• Grow what we’ve got: Look after a portfolio of existing partners. Get to know their business, understand what drives them, and help them send more of their customers our way.
• Win what’s next: Find, meet and sign new partners. Build the relationship from the first hello through to their first referral and beyond.

Nobody will hand you a playbook for this. You’ll map out your own strategy, set your own focus and decide where your time earns the most.

A day in the life:

• Pick up the phone and have real conversations that build rapport.
• Meet partners over the phone, in video demos and at networking events.
• Work out what each partner’s business needs, then show them how Lawlab helps.
• Plan your territory and pipeline, and decide who to prioritise.
• Share what you’re hearing from the market so we keep getting better.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management, account management and business development.
• Confidence on the phone, and you’re happy to cold call.
• Strong rapport-building skills. People enjoy dealing with you, and they remember you.
• A business plan mindset: you set direction, work out priorities and follow through.
• Comfortable at networking events and representing a brand in the community.
• Polished, engaging and professional, because you are the face of Lawlab.
• Happy to work Australian business hours from New Zealand.

Requirements

• Background in real estate, mortgage broking, legal, proptech or SaaS (not essential, we’ll teach you the rest).

• New clients signed up.

• The more you grow, the more you earn. $55,000 – $65,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $120,000) (NZD).
