Role Description

As Field Sales Executive, you will build strong and sustainable customer relationships within the stores in your territory, with a view to partnering to generate mutual sales growth and build our brands. You’ll be well supported by our in-house merchandising team, who you will work closely with and provide coaching and training to as needed.

• Partner closely with Woolworths and Fresh Choice stores to ensure the flawless execution of promotional plans.
• Ensure compliance against planned in-store activities.
• Identify additional opportunities for displaying our products.
• This is an entry-level sales role to build the skills required to further your sales career.

Qualifications

• A passion for selling and building relationships.
• A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
• Great communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
• The ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
• Experience in FMCG, Grocery or Retail is an advantage.
• Comfortable with technology platforms such as email, Microsoft Teams and Excel.
• A full Driver’s License and proven safe driving record.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy seasonal periods (Easter and Christmas).
• Weekly overnight travel required.
