[Hiring] Part-Time Sales Development Representative @Nascency

Role Description

We are hiring a Part-Time Outreach & Surrogate Greeter to serve as the initial point of contact for individuals exploring surrogacy. In this role, you’ll manage early candidate engagement:

• Reviewing applications
• Assessing eligibility
• Conducting outreach via phone and text
• Coordinating next steps for qualified individuals

Qualifications

• Comfortable with reach outs by phone (cold calling previous people who've expressed interest in our program)
• Proven SDR/Appointment-Setter experience with heavy phone outreach (healthcare, nonprofit donor calling, or other sensitive-topic experience is a plus)
• Empathetic and persuasive
• Process-driven and detail-obsessed
• Excellent phone presence and written texting etiquette
• Comfortable handling confidential info (NDA and background check required)

Requirements

• Daily pipeline reviews (CRM)
• Outbound calling & booking (qualified leads)
• Responsive communications throughout the day
• End-of-day reporting (Mon–Fri)
• Weekend sweep (light)

Benefits

• Compensation: $20/hour (1099 contractor)
• $15 bonus per attended intake call you book (eligible only when the candidate’s application is complete and qualifies for intake)
