Role Description

This is a remote position. Operating in a half-day capacity, this remote 3-month fixed-term contract focuses on accelerating business-to-business market penetration for an innovative digital business card solution. The position plays a key role in identifying and securing new commercial partnerships while sustaining engagement with existing client accounts across diverse industry sectors. The opportunity suits a proactive sales professional driven by business development, direct outreach, and tailored solution delivery. Working autonomously in a home-office setting, the successful candidate will conduct targeted cold calling, host engaging online product demonstrations, and produce formal quotations to build a robust pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound cold calling campaigns to engage corporate decision-makers across varied commercial sectors.
• Maintain and nurture existing corporate client accounts to foster long-term commercial relationships.
• Deliver interactive online product demonstrations to showcase the features and commercial value of digital business cards.
• Prepare and issue formal commercial quotations based on client requirements.
• Leverage an established network of corporate contacts to generate qualified sales leads and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound business development experience with a strong focus on cold calling and new business acquisition.
• An established network of corporate clients across South African industries.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional online product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Practical experience in preparing and issuing client quotations.
• Ownership of a reliable laptop and a stable, high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection suitable for remote client demonstrations and calls.
• High level of confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to sales lead generation.
