[Hiring] Outbound SDR @DNC Facility Services

Role Description

The Outbound SDR (Virtual Assistant) role is a major opportunity within a growing company. This position focuses on generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound activity, strong communication, and measurable performance.

• Make outbound cold and warm calls to commercial prospects
• Follow a script + objection handling framework (provided)
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Update all call outcomes + notes inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Follow up consistently through calls, SMS, and email when needed
• Help keep the pipeline organized and moving forward

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken + written)
• Live in North or South America (outside the U.S.)
• 2+ years of outbound SDR / cold calling / appointment setting experience
• Comfortable making 75–100+ calls/day
• Experience using a CRM daily (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST
• Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace

Requirements

• GoHighLevel pipeline + workflow experience (highly preferred)
• Commercial B2B calling experience (schools, offices, property managers, healthcare)
• ZoomInfo or Apollo experience (or similar lead list tools)
• Strong objection handling skills (not script-reading)
• Experience setting appointments that actually show up
• KPI mindset (you like tracking results)
