[Hiring] National Category & Strategic Accounts Manager @Driven Brands Inc.

Role Description

The National Category & Strategic Accounts Manager will lead business growth through a combination of:

• National account development
• Strategic sales leadership
• Category management
• Product and program launch execution
• Pricing and inventory strategy
• Field enablement and training

This role requires a commercially minded leader who can build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and execute initiatives across multiple functions within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in national accounts, strategic sales, category management, or business development
• Experience working with HD distributors, fleets and carriers, dealership groups, large aftermarket customers
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a growth-oriented environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of Heavy-Duty aftermarket experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Working knowledge of major Heavy-Duty engine platforms (Cummins, Detroit, Volvo/Mack) (preferred)
• Understanding of aftermarket distribution, category management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, product launch execution, CRM and forecasting experience (preferred)
