Role Description

The Industrial National Accounts Manager – Sign Industry is responsible for leading the strategic management of key national accounts within the sign and graphics market. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding Plaskolite’s position as a preferred supplier of high-performance thermoplastic sheet products—including acrylic, polycarbonate, impact-modified materials, expanded PVC and specialty substrates—used in illuminated and non-illuminated signage. The role emphasizes strategic account development, solution-based selling, and alignment with customer supply chain and program needs. While this role does not have direct reports, it requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Manage and grow national-level relationships with large distribution partners and end-users in the sign industry across North America.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial activities related to assigned national accounts, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and program execution.
• Develop account-specific growth strategies aligned with Plaskolite’s revenue, margin, and share targets within the sign segment.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to ensure product positioning, technical support, and market messaging meet the needs of the signage industry.
• Identify new signage applications, market trends, and value-added opportunities to strengthen Plaskolite’s market leadership.
• Coordinate internally across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure reliable supply and service performance for high-volume sign customers.
• Monitor and report on account performance, including sales metrics, forecasting, profitability, and program compliance.
• Lead initiatives to support bundling, cross-selling, and multi-site program alignment for national customers with diverse locations and signage needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of regulatory and industry-specific standards impacting signage applications, such as UL 94, fire ratings, or outdoor weatherability.
• Represent Plaskolite at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to reinforce brand leadership and deepen customer partnerships.
• Uphold Plaskolite’s values of integrity, customer focus, and teamwork while delivering a consistent, solution-driven customer experience.
