Assess customer needs, competitor activity, distributor coverage and installed-base opportunities to prioritise sustainable growth.
-
Build clear business cases for commercial initiatives and recommend where to focus seller effort and investment.
-
Lead regular strategic and quarterly business reviews with distributor leadership and relevant Linx stakeholders, tracking revenue, funnel health, forecast accuracy and initiative delivery against the agreed plan.
-
Own follow-through on corrective actions and escalate risks requiring leadership decisions.

-
Recommend pricing and promotional actions within agreed commercial guardrails, balancing growth with profitability and long-term account value.

Work alongside distributor field sellers to develop opportunities, improve conversion and grow total business revenue across equipment, consumables, parts, service and other after-sales solutions.
-
Coach distributor sellers in practical sales skills, tactics and value selling, enabling them to articulate customer value, improve conversion and grow revenue across the full portfolio.
-
Implement a disciplined funnel-management process with distributor sellers and managers, improving opportunity quality, visibility, prioritisation, progression and forecast accuracy.
-
Use customer visits, joint selling and other gemba evidence to identify root causes, priorities and repeatable growth opportunities.
-
Translate field evidence into clear recommendations and influence senior distributor stakeholders to sponsor initiatives, remove barriers and drive change.
-
Deploy global-led commercial initiatives and develop targeted local initiatives with the assigned distributor, maintaining focus on agreed priorities, tracking commercial impact and building momentum through visible wins.

Spend 50β75% of working time in the field supporting the assigned key distributor account across the USA, including regular overnight travel.
Qualifications
