[Hiring] Music Sales Specialist @RHEI CREATIONS USA INC

Role Description

This is a sales role at its core. You’ll own new business with artists from first outreach to signed deal:

• Building your own pipeline, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
• Signing artists to the Made platform, distribution deals, and rights management deals.
• Focusing entirely on independent musicians and their teams.
• Enjoying a high growth, entrepreneurial, and high change environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sign artists and their teams to Made through existing/established connections and prospecting.
• Sign artists to distribution and rights management deals.
• Own and consistently hit your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage a healthy pipeline of artists: prospect, track follow-ups, and stay on top of leads.
• Continuously look for new trends in music and rising/untapped artist communities.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective artist clients.
• Leverage AI tools like Gemini and music sales/A&R tools like Chartmetric and Rostr.
• Other duties, as assigned by management, from time to time.

Qualifications

• +3 years of sales experience, ideally in music or SaaS, a creator tool or platform, or a creator-facing brand.
• An existing, strong network of independent artists and their teams.
• Strong ability to prospect artists, track follow-ups, and stay on top of leads.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, music DSPs, and digital music marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A working understanding of how music rights and royalties work is a plus.
• Comfortable owning your pipeline in a fast, high growth environment.
