Initiates proactive customer engagement across digital channels to progress opportunities, renewals, and expansions.

Develops territory and account contact plans that optimize outreach cadence and follow-up activities within assigned accounts.

Conducts pre- and post-interaction research to define objectives, anticipate customer needs, and document next actions.

Negotiates commercial terms within established policy and coordinates required quoting and contract documentation for activation.

Coordinates account program activities and solution adoption milestones with cross-functional partners to support realized value.

Monitors product availability, service signals, and customer feedback to identify risks early and escalate issues through defined channels.

Maintains accurate CRM and reporting records to strengthen pipeline visibility, forecasting reliability, and audit readiness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related field required.

Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) (AA-ISP) or equivalent preferred.

Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) or equivalent certification preferred.
Requirements

Working knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing fundamentals.

Knowledge of remote selling motions across phone, video, and digital channels.

Ability to apply consultative selling and value-based messaging to customer needs.

Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships within assigned accounts.

Knowledge of contract concepts, pricing structures, and compliance expectations.

Ability to negotiate commercial terms within defined policies and guardrails.

Ability to identify and qualify opportunities and progress them through close and renewal.

Ability to analyze sales activity, profitability, and performance data to prioritize actions.

Working knowledge of CRM and sales tools for pipeline, activity, and forecasting visibility.

Ability to coordinate onboarding, program implementation, and adoption activities across stakeholders.

Knowledge of product/solution positioning, access pathways, and launch coordination practices.

Working knowledge of institutional healthcare and/or commodity product sales environments.

Ability to document customer interactions and maintain accurate commercial records.
