[Hiring] Market Sales Representative @North American Breweries

Role Description

The Market Sales Representative is responsible for the execution of chain and trade marketing programs at the store level for an assigned market. As a brewery field sales representative, the MSR is expected to be an authority on product knowledge, brand positioning, and programming in the marketplace.

• Execute chain activity in territory.
• Grow brands and SKUs in key accounts.
• Build relationships with wholesaler representatives.
• Drive trade market execution and promote and educate market with brands.
• Be a self-starter and field leader to drive results in the on and off premise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• 1-2 years in the alcohol beverage industry preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license without any alcohol-related offenses.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 35 lb. cases, 165 lb. kegs, and various point-of-sale boxes on a regular basis.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Operating motor vehicle or heavy equipment.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
