[Hiring] Market Director / Senior Market Director @Triptease

Role Description

Triptease is a disruptive force in the travel industry, helping hotels reclaim guest relationships from the "Big OTA" duopoly. We are looking for a high-impact commercial leader to join us at either a Market Director or Senior Market Director level to own and elevate our presence in the Indian Subcontinent region.

As a Market Director:

• Focus on high-velocity growth, dominating the mid-market and independent luxury sectors.
• Build a robust pipeline.

As a Senior Market Director:

• Take on additional responsibility for Enterprise groups.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Play a lead role in local commercial strategy.
• Optimize how we position our value proposition to win against regional incumbents and complex tender requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Indian Subcontinent region to accelerate brand presence.
• Identify, prioritize, and close high-value deals with hotel groups and management companies.
• Deliver high-energy presentations at regional events and in the boardroom.
• Maintain a "rocket-ship" follow-up cadence, navigating the full sales cycle from lead generation to complex commercial negotiation and close.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the hotel e-commerce & distribution landscape to build tailored ROI-based proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hotel Tech, Ad Tech, or SaaS is essential.
• Thrives in a start-up environment - self-driven, objective-based, and comfortable "diving in the deep end."
• Based in a major India hub (Delhi, Mumbai).
