Role Description

As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will focus on building strong relationships with these hosts, helping them optimize their listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on Airbnb.

The difference you will make:

• Responsible for the retention and growth of small and medium hosts in an assigned territory.
• Establish and nurture business relationships with emerging professional host accounts.
• Suggest and support strategic initiatives that drive host success on Airbnb, including:
  • Supply optimization
  • Pricing optimization
  • Host recruitment
  • Platform education
• Help hosts maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience.
• Support Market Managers to deliver one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled e-mail communication.

A typical day:

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations.
• Secure availability over high compression dates.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven experience working a book of business.
• Highly goal-driven with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $43,500 — $48,333 MXN monthly.
• Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
