[Hiring] Territory Sales Representative @Blue View Builder

Role Description

We are hiring a sales representative to sell light gauge steel to builders, contractors, and project owners in Southern California. This is a direct sales role. You will find prospects, make first contact, and carry conversations through to a signed order. After the sale, you will remain the customer’s point of contact.

The work is remote from Mexico. The schedule is fixed to the Southern California business day.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prospect list of builders, framers, developers, and related buyers in Southern California
• Source new leads through research, referrals, and outbound lists
• Contact prospects by phone, email, and SMS, using company-approved scripts and lists
• Qualify interest, explain the light gauge steel product, and move qualified buyers toward a quote and a contract
• Prepare order details and hand off complete information for fulfillment
• Provide after-sale customer service, including order status, questions, and issue follow-up
• Keep the pipeline current: contact date, next step, and outcome
• Report weekly activity and open opportunities

Qualifications

• Professional English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Available 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday through Friday
• Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or business development
• Comfort with daily cold calling, cold email, and SMS outreach
• Reliable computer, phone, headset, and internet, and a quiet place for customer calls
• Ability to track activity in a spreadsheet or CRM
