Role Description

We are expanding and opening five spots for licensed agents to receive direct, one-on-one mentorship with our agency's President and top producer, Victor. This opportunity is designed for agents who know they have the license but haven't been taught how to maximize it yet.

• Receive mentorship focused on the sales process from beginning to end.
• Develop communication skills and understand the psychology behind client conversations.
• Learn to identify clients' real concerns and present solutions clearly.
• Transition from being dependent on a mentor to becoming an independent consultant.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license.
• Willingness to invest in leads and actively work them.
• Coachability and accountability.
• Desire to improve communication and closing abilities.

Requirements

• Show up to every scheduled team call, training, and coaching session.
• Actively work your leads and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in role-play and sales practice.
• Be open to constructive feedback and willing to adjust.
• Commit to personal development and maintain professional standards.
