What You'll Do

• Recruit, coach, and mentor future team members.
• Learn how to build and lead a high-performing remote sales team.
• Support representatives through training, accountability, and professional development.
• Help establish performance goals and monitor team progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
• Lead virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members using Zoom and digital collaboration tools.
• Participate in executive leadership training and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Leadership potential with a desire to coach and develop others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with virtual collaboration tools.
• Leadership, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, military, or management experience is beneficial but not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
