Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-focused professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Member Benefits Specialists. You'll work directly with eligible members and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, select appropriate protection, and receive ongoing service throughout the life of their policies.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting business through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
