Role Description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager is responsible for securing and growing revenue across Poland by selling Videojet’s coding and marking solutions – including label print and apply (LPA) technology – to new and existing customers in the consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, medical device, and industrial goods industries. You will help customers protect product safety and boost their productivity, while building long-term partnerships across your territory. This is a field-based role: you will work remotely from Poland, covering two main regions and spending most of your time on the road visiting customers.

A typical day will look like:

• Secure and grow revenue in your territory by selling the full Videojet product range to existing and new customers.
• Identify new markets and customers for label print and apply (LPA) technology across Poland, and manage LPA customer projects together with fellow account managers.
• Run onsite equipment demonstrations at customer sites and represent Videojet at regional and national trade shows.
• Promote a variety of finance and service agreements that help customers get the most out of their equipment.
• Drive and track your sales activity through sales metrics in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Travel daily within your two main regions to visit customers, with the flexibility to plan and manage your own schedule and route.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per week within your assigned regions to visit customer sites.
• Proven track record in account management or B2B field sales.
• Experience managing both short- and long-term sales projects with a defined pipeline.
• Fluency in Polish & working knowledge of English.
