Role Description

• Customer & Business Development: Actively build and expand relationships with Chinese OEMs in Europe, identifying customer requirements and turning them into commercial opportunities for TÜV SÜD.
• Full Portfolio Selling: Execute end-to-end sales activities across TÜV SÜD's service portfolio, including opportunity development, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations and contract closure, in close coordination with the responsible Business Lines.
• China-Europe Cultural Bridge: Support cross-cultural and commercial engagement between Chinese OEMs and TÜV SÜD's global regions, facilitating effective collaboration across linguistic, cultural and organizational boundaries.
• Pipeline & CRM Operations: Maintain and qualify C2W opportunities within CRM, ensuring high data quality, accurate reporting, reliable pipeline tracking and support for sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Coordinate customer visits, support executive meetings and cross-regional sales activities, while independently managing selected customer engagements and commercial follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Language & Cultural Mastery: Native-level fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) with a deep, practical understanding of Chinese business customs; business fluency in English is mandatory.
• Professional Sales Track Record: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in B2B key account management, sales, or business development.
• Industry Background: Practical experience or strong domain knowledge in the automotive and mobility ecosystem or the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) sector.
• Execution & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, self-driven work ethic, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally for regular on-site customer meetings (travel activity approx. 20–30% annually).
