[Hiring] Key Account Manager @Westlake

Role Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) PVC Pastes & Extenders for a full-time, permanent position – 100% remote from the Netherlands, Belgium or France.

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic PVC key accounts in your region – with clear responsibility for sales growth and profitability.
• Lead price and contract negotiations end-to-end and build strong, long-term partnerships with your customers.
• Grow existing accounts and win new business by identifying opportunities, new applications and cross-selling potential.
• Monitor your KPIs, analyse market and competitor trends and turn insights into concrete actions for Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Represent Westlake Vinnolit at customer meetings, conferences and trade fairs, working closely with Technical Service and Product Line Management to deliver compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree or comparable qualification and 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals/plastics and key account management.
• A strong track record in developing strategic accounts and closing complex deals.
• Business-fluent English plus French or Dutch, are a strong plus for collaborating in your region.
• A sales-driven mindset combined with strong relationship skills: you are analytical, confident with numbers and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• You enjoy working fully remote, travel regularly within your region, and take ownership – you like to drive business, not just manage it.
