Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Global Account Manager β Global OEMs to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales team, working remotely from Europe. -
Executive engagement: Build relationships at the senior and C-suite level, and host regular corporate and divisional QBRs within your accounts.
-
Creative solutions: Bring differentiated solutions to your customers, including market balancing, buy-and-sell programs with franchise partners, and creative financial solutions.
-
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sourcing, sales, and other leadership teams to map accounts globally and mobilize Sourceability's full capability behind each customer.
-
Influence without authority: Drive action across global sales and business development teams through influence, not formal authority.
-
Coaching: Coach global business development teams on opening and developing additional sites and accounts within your key accounts.
-
CRM discipline: Maintain the same CRM and recordkeeping discipline we expect from our business development team.
-
Global coordination: Work daily with sales and business development teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, and travel when it is necessary and high-impact.
