Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving Micronclean's international growth strategy. As a market leader in cleanroom consumables and contamination control solutions, we are seeking an ambitious, commercially focused International Distributor Manager to expand our presence across global markets.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing international distributor strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and market penetration across assigned territories.
• Leading and developing our International Business Development Managers.
• Managing key distributor relationships.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives, product strategy, and customer requirements.

Working closely with our network of international distributors and end-user customers, you will be responsible for:

• Growing sales.
• Developing strategic partnerships.
• Promoting Micronclean's expertise and innovative product portfolio worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sales, business development, account management, or distributor management.
• Demonstrable experience managing distributor networks and international sales channels.
• Strong track record of delivering sales growth, profitability, and customer relationship development in a B2B environment.
• Experience leading, developing, or coaching high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic planning, and forecasting capability.
• Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales performance data.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage extensive international travel commitments.
• Knowledge of export processes and international trade practices.
• Experience with contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Relevant degree or equivalent commercial experience.

Requirements

• Experience within the cleanroom consumables, contamination control, medical device, or related industries.
• 3+ years working internationally.
• Understanding of customer and distributor requirements within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Professional sales training.
• Leadership or Management qualification (Level 3 or above).
