What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers and generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and help them find insurance coverage that fits their needs.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Manage your pipeline, stay organized, and follow up with prospects.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Take ownership of your daily activities, performance, and results.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and independent: You can manage your day, stay productive, and get things done without constant supervision.
• Sales-driven: You're motivated by goals, commissions, and the opportunity to increase your income.
• Confident communicator: You're comfortable making outbound calls, starting conversations, and asking for the sale.
• Organized and dependable: You follow through, manage your time effectively, and pay attention to details.
• Coachable: You're open to feedback, eager to improve, and willing to put in the work to succeed.
• Tech-savvy: You're comfortable working with multiple computer programs and learning new systems.
• Resilient: You understand that sales involves rejection and have the persistence to keep going.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but insurance experience is not required!
• Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty insurance license.
