• Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract
• Work Setup: Work From Home, Dominican Republic
• Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Full-time)/12:00 PM to 4:00 PM PST (Part-time), Weekends Off

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 4 years of relevant sales or customer service experience
• Proven ability to negotiate, apply effective closing techniques, and achieve sales quotas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and build client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and virtual meeting tools
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, motivated attitude

Requirements

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and prospect research
• Deliver virtual product demonstrations, address customer objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities
• Manage leads and document sales activities accurately using CRM software
• Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion
