Role Description

SummitNext is looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Representative to promote medical carts, charging carts, and related products, primarily from the Ergotron product range. You will connect with business customers, schools, hospitals, and other institutions to introduce products, identify their needs, and develop sales opportunities. Fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in sales are welcome to apply.

• Make outbound calls and reach out to potential business customers to introduce and promote medical carts and charging carts.
• Identify potential customers across schools, educational institutions, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other industries.
• Contact relevant decision-makers to explore business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls and emails to develop interest and close sales.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with the relevant team when technical assistance is required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on product information and new offerings as the company's product range expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Confident in making outbound calls and communicating with business customers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in sales.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
• Basic computer skills and a stable internet connection.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales, telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales experience will be an advantage but is not compulsory.

• Monthly salary of RM2,000 – RM2,400.
