[Hiring] Inside Sales Representative @Rise Vision & ComQi

Role Description

This is a remote role (Open to applicants in the US and Canada).

The mission of the Inside Sales Representative is to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into active software subscribers — primarily using phone, email, video calls, and remote product demos.

• Manage the inbox, and prequalify all incoming marketing-generated leads to ensure efficient AE routing.
• Assist in generating marketing content (videos, LinkedIn posts).
• Manage the sales process from lead qualification through close for international inquiries with less than 5 licenses.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business objectives, current signage environment, technical requirements, budget, and purchasing timeline.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our digital signage platform and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales materials in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information, activities, and forecasts in Hubspot.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor pipeline activity and conversion metrics and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
• Stay current on digital signage industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience.
• Use of AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Experience using and maintaining data in a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
