Role Description

If you have a proven track record of success in sales and are motivated by performance, we want to hear from you. Mortgage experience is not required. We’ll provide training on our lending products, processes, and systems. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, business-minded, professional, and driven to achieve results.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role with a strong focus on:

• Consistent outreach
• Follow-up
• Pipeline development

You’ll spend a significant part of your day engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into closed business. If you enjoy sales, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and are comfortable on the phone, this could be a strong fit.

Qualifications

• A track record of success in sales, athletics, business, recruiting, or another competitive environment.
• Competitiveness and motivation by goals and results.
• Business acumen with the ability to understand numbers and communicate effectively.
• Coachability and willingness to follow a proven process.
• Professionalism with strong communication skills.
• Strong phone skills and comfort with making calls.
• Self-discipline to manage time and priorities independently.
• Technology skills, including comfort with CRM systems and digital tools.

Requirements

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Take inbound calls from real estate investors interested in financing.
• Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, email, and text.
• Learn how to evaluate a real estate deal and identify the appropriate loan product.
• Review applications and supporting financial information.
• Guide borrowers through the process from initial conversation through closing.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Work toward defined activity, conversion, and production goals.
