Role Description

BYLT is seeking a highly connected and motivated Independent Sales Representative specializing in Golf sales to drive business development and revenue growth within the golf, resort and hospitality industries. This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep industry relationships, a passion for golf and a proven ability to generate sales opportunities through established networks.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with golf courses, country clubs, resorts, golf management companies, and hospitality decision makers
• Generate new business opportunities through industry networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship management
• Represent the company at golf industry events, trade shows, tournaments, and networking events
• Present products to prospective clients and deliver customized sales solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, promotions and account management
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress and market trends
• Identify emerging opportunities within the golf and resort markets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, independent sales or business development
• Strong existing relationships within the golf, resort, hospitality, or country club industries
• Deep understanding of golf operations, resort environments and hospitality culture
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements

• Commission-based structure with strong earning potential
