[Hiring] Inbound Sales Representative @Tailored Management

Role Description

Client's Inside Sales Representative will work directly with pet parents to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs in a call center environment. He or she will manage and optimize inbound calls as well as other leads to increase policy sales. The Sales Agent will work to improve customer retention by problem solving, educating, and providing a WOW! experience for their customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 plus years sales experience
• Proven attendance reliability
• Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Must have current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 35 states, but preferably all 50 + D.C.
