[Hiring] High Ticket Sales Closer @Yoru Marketing

Role Description

This is a closer role which has the potential to turn into a sales director position. For starters, you will be handling all sales calls with prospects.

• Two call close: Call 1 is discovery/qualification; Call 2 is the free Google Ads audit + offer.
• Help fill your own calendar: proactively follow up with inbound leads and get qualified calls booked - part setter, part closer. You don't just close the calls handed to you.
• Warm inbound leads provided, primarily paid (Meta) and organic (YouTube, LinkedIn, SEO). You're not cold-prospecting from zero.
• Remote, flexible hours.
• Training & coaching provided: The founder trains you on the Google ads audit, plus ongoing sales coaching (weekly call reviews + role-play) with our sales coach. Google ads expertise is a PLUS, not a requirement — if you can close and you're coachable, we'll teach the product.
• You record your calls (standard, for review and coaching).

Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience and/or experience closing in an agency-space is REQUIRED.
• A proven closer with a real track record and high commitment.
• Coachable: willing to learn our offer and the Google ads audit.
• A warm, trust-building communicator who connects fast with brand owners.
• Comfortable setting and booking as well as closing.
• Google ads experience is a PLUS, not a requirement - closing skill and commitment matter most.
