Role Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Cold Caller to connect with prospective patients and generate qualified opportunities for wellness and regenerative medicine programs. This is a high-volume, performance-driven calling role. You will be responsible for making approximately 200+ calls per day, engaging potential patients, understanding their needs, introducing them to relevant programs, and qualifying them for the next step in the process. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly persistent, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by performance-based compensation. You should enjoy speaking with people, building rapport quickly, and working toward clear daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make approximately 200+ calls per day to prospective patients.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow-up calls with leads and prospects.
• Introduce prospects to the company's healthcare, wellness, and regenerative medicine programs.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential patients over the phone.
• Identify prospect needs, goals, and level of interest.
• Qualify prospects and determine whether they are a good fit for the available programs.
• Educate prospects about available services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate qualified opportunities and schedule consultations or next steps when appropriate.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet converted.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet daily activity, call volume, and performance targets.
• Work closely with the internal team to maximize lead conversion and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making 200+ calls per day.
• Previous experience in a high-volume calling environment is strongly preferred.
• Confident speaking with prospects and handling objections.
• Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
• Healthcare, wellness, or medical sales experience is a plus.
