[Hiring] Global Account Manager @Revvity

Role Description

The Global Account Manager will own a select portfolio of strategic global accounts, building executive relationships and driving revenue growth across business units and geographic regions. This role combines strategic account leadership with a strong focus on identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities.

• Develop and execute global account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across R&D, IT, procurement, and finance.
• Identify new opportunities across customer business units, research functions, and global sites.
• Lead complex software and services sales cycles, including multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Present compelling business cases tied to customer priorities and measurable value.
• Coordinate regional sales, scientific, technical, Services, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasts, and current Salesforce records.
• Proactively resolve commercial, technical, legal, and procurement barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including strategic or global account management.
• 7+ years experience selling to business stakeholders and IT.
• 7+ years experience negotiating complex software and services agreements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Requirements

• General knowledge of business intelligence or analytics (desired, not required).
• Successful business development experience and the ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
• Strong organizational and account planning skills.
• Ability to present solutions from a business benefit perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Previous sales methodology training with strong customer references.
