Role Description

Threshold Brands is a leading provider of home services across the US and Canada. We are excited to be recruiting for two Franchise Development Manager positions, with each successful candidate supporting one of our growing brands: PestMaster Services or Miracle Method.

As a Franchise Development Manager, you will manage the franchise recruitment life cycle and pipeline, partnering with internal teams and external partners—including brokers, operations, and analytics—to maximize growth opportunities. You will drive new unit growth by developing relationships with prospective franchisees and supporting expansion opportunities with existing franchise owners.

Key Responsibilities

• This position works in the Franchise Sales team and drives growth by managing qualified inbound leads and through cold calling to generate demand.
• Engages with qualified inbound leads to move them through the sales process via various modes of contact.
• Generates new sales leads via cold-calling into target market and businesses.
• Effectively manage a pipeline with multiple contacts.
• Meet metrics including daily cold calling targets, incorporation of defined discovery questions, call performance objectives, and monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of franchise sales (home services a plus).
• Ability to nurture a prospect through a sales cycle.
• Demonstrable experience and relationships within broker community (previous experience required).
• Microsoft Office and CRM skills required.
• Knowledge of mapping software/territory checks a plus.
• Ability to “self-motivate” in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent telephone and customer interaction skills.
• Ability for limited travel 25%.

Requirements

• Wage Range: $80,000 - $85,000 + Commissions.
