Role Description
The Foodservice Equipment Sales Executive reports to the Vice President - Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth by hunting, identifying, and pursuing sales opportunities within the foodservice industry. This position is located in Omaha, NE, and is remote in Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, or Minnesota.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Provide expert consultation to clients on equipment selection, layout, and functionality.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

Identify and hunt specific segments within the foodservice industry (e.g., new openings, renovations, expansions).

Build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality operators.

Develop targeted cold calling and emailing campaigns.

Conduct on-site visits to potential clients to assess their needs and offer personalized solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline.

Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.

Utilize technology tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including restaurant operations, kitchen layouts, and equipment functionality.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the foodservice or related industry.

Exceptional hunting skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage sales pipelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding and interpretation of technical specifications, blueprints, and installation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.

Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
