Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking a Client Coverage Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance products that may support their financial protection goals. You will work remotely, speak with clients through virtual appointments, and provide a clear, helpful experience throughout the coverage review process. This position is well suited for someone who is motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow professionally through ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients from warm lead sources
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Identify individual and family coverage needs
• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
• Provide clear answers to client questions
• Help clients make informed decisions
• Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
• Participate in team training and coaching programs

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Strong relationship-building ability
• People-oriented and client-focused mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computer functions and virtual communication
• Able to work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
