Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential commercial insurance clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client business operations and insurance requirements.
• Present and explain insurance policy options, highlighting benefits and coverage details.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to finalize sales agreements.
• Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product offerings.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients over phone and video calls.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation

This role offers substantial earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful producers can expect to earn between $85,000 and $160,000 annually, with uncapped opportunities for high performers. Your success is directly tied to your ability to close deals and grow your client base.
