As an Experienced Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business by:

• Identifying and engaging potential clients
• Understanding their unique insurance needs
• Presenting tailored solutions

You will manage your pipeline independently, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every prospect.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential commercial clients via phone and video conferencing
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospects, effectively communicating the value of Orr & Associate's insurance offerings
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client risks and insurance requirements
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes
• Negotiate terms and close sales, securing new business for the company
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups
• Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 or older
• Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance license is required
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively over phone, video, and in writing
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and establishing trust with clients in a virtual environment
• Strong pipeline management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical sales practices

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful producers can expect to earn between $120,000 and $240,000 annually, with uncapped commission opportunities tied directly to your sales performance.
