[Hiring] Enterprise Account Executive @OuterSignal

Role Description

OuterSignal is building the customer intelligence and personalization layer for commerce. Your job is to hunt, nurture, and close deals with large retailers and consumer businesses, focusing on six- and seven-figure contracts with complex sales cycles.

• Own your pipeline end to end.
• Run discovery, scope the pilot, present results, and drive the deal through security questionnaires, legal review, and procurement to a signed agreement.
• Sell like a consultant by building the business case with enterprise buyers.
• Run pilots that convert by collaborating with CX and product teams.
• Work the whole account to expand into multiple use cases.
• Feed the founders the right way by deciding when they should join calls.
• Help build the motion as you run it, improving processes along the way.

Qualifications

• You’ve closed six-figure enterprise SaaS deals with complex sales cycles.
• You understand how a growth, CRM, or partnerships team at a consumer company works.
• You run a deal like a consultant and are comfortable in a room with a CFO and a data lead.
• You are deeply motivated and resourceful.
• You’ve worked at an early-stage company or understand selling a developing product.
• Remote work with occasional travel to NYC required.

• Knowledge of marketing, analytics, or customer intelligence technologies.
• Ability to create your own pipeline and navigate complex environments.
